Fingerprint Identification Algorithm (FPI1.0), which was researched and developed independently by Techshino, passed the joint inspection (GJJZ No.030145) of The First Research Institute of Ministry of Public Security and Testing Center for Quality of Security & Police Electronic Product under The Ministry of Public Security of PRC in 2003. The Optical Reader (Tc2008), which was independently researched and developed by Techshino, passed the inspection of Testing Center for Quality of Security & Police Electronic Product under The Ministry of Public Security of PRC (GJJZ No.061067). Techshino puts stress on the research and development of core technologies with independent property rights. SmartFPI Fingerprint Identity Authentication Platform, Banking Transaction Operating Risk Internal Control and Early-warning Platform and Cluster Service Communication Middleware, which are independently researched and developed by Techshino for three years, integrate middleware technology, independently researched and developed embedded type DSP Optical Reader, and the data excavation and risk early-warning technology. At present, they have been extensively promoted and applied by State Postal Bureau in 17 provinces (municipalities), including Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong, etc., as the system of unified version of postal green card, electronic agiotage and intermediate (comprehensive) business, becoming an overall package solution using the fingerprint technology to handle internal operating risk precaution and control. This plan has been selected by many financial institutions, boosting the promotion and application of fingerprint technology in banking industry.
