In July 1997, Shenyang TCSY Software Engineering Co., Ltd was founded, and in the same year, the company successfully developed the “Financial OperationComputer Saving System” and “Financial savings supervision after event system ”. In 1998, the “Computer Accounting Network System for Postal Savings” was successfully developed, and in the same year, it passed the appraisal for technology achievement organized by Liaoning Provincial Postal Bureau.
In April 1999, the “Solution with Zero Investment for Problems in 2000” was successfully developed and applied in Postal Bureauin of the whole Liaoning province . At the beginning of 1999, the company entered into the fingerprint identification field, starting its exploration in the new field. In the same year, the company was assigned with the technology tackling project of “Fingerprint Identification Algorithm ” by the Ministry of Information Industry.
In March 2000, the “Postal Saving bank Account Computer Network System” passed the inspection and appraisal of State Postal Saving Bureau. In Sep 2001, the Live“Fingerprint Identification and Security Recognition System ” was successfully developed, and was rewarded with Innovation Prize in Beijing International Software Expo in 2001.
In April 2002, the company was assigned with the technology tackling project of “R&D of Combined System for Fingerprint and Face Identification” commited by the Ministry of Information Industry, and achieved significant breakthrough. In March 2003, the “Fingerprint Identification Algorithm” (FPI1.0) passed the inspection of the Ministry of Public Security (Public Jing Inspection No. 030145).
In April 2003, the “Fingerprint Identification System for Examinees” was comprehensively applied in 500 thousand self-teaching examinees in Liaoning Province, which has become the first application.case of fingerprint technology within the largest scope in education sector in the whole country.
In April 2005, Beijing Techshino Technology Co., Ltd was founded, and the headquarter was moved to Beijing. In March 2006, the Fingerprint Identification Instrument (Tc2008) passed the inspection of The Ministry of Public Security (Public Jing Inspection No. 061067).
In Dec 2006, the “Postal Saving Bank Accout Computer Network System ” was comprehensively applied in Postal Saving Bank in 17 provinces of China, which is the first application of the fingerprint identification technology within the largest scope in the financial field up to now. In Aug 2006, Shanghai Techshino Software Co., Ltd was founded, and in Jan 2007, Shenzhen Techshino Technology Co., Ltd was founded, which has marked that the layout of Iron Triangle of the strategic development has been completed, and the company has entered a fastlast for development.
